MultiLink’s Sector Development and Training Unit is a social enterprise aiming to provide organisations with professional development in the areas of

• Managing a culturally and linguistic diverse workforce
• Cultural specific, age and issue specific workshops
• Capacity building practices for ethnic communities

With almost 20 years experience MultiLink has extensive experience and knowledge in working with clients at the grass roots level. Our workshop presenters are people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds that have experience the settlement process first hand and give insight into barriers faced by newly arrived migrants and refugees and practical strategies when working with CALD clients.
